During our complimentary 30-minute conversation, we'll get to know each other, discuss the topic(s) you'd like coaching support with, and explore whether coaching is the right fit for your needs. I'll also answer any questions you have about the coaching process and what working together might look like.
-
In coaching, I help you explore your situation through thoughtful questions that increase awareness, challenge assumptions, and uncover possibilities. Unlike mentoring, consulting, or advising—where the other person provides recommendations—you are the expert on your own life and circumstances.
-
I primarily work with new and emerging leaders, professionals seeking personal or career growth, and individuals interested in strengths-based development. Coaching topics may include leadership, communication, career planning, work-life integration, personal growth, and other areas where greater clarity and forward movement are desired.
-
Coaching sessions typically last up to 50 minutes and focus on helping you gain clarity, increase self-awareness, explore options, and move toward meaningful goals. The real growth often happens between sessions as you apply new insights and take action.
-
Most coaching sessions are conducted virtually via video or phone, which has proven to be both convenient and effective. For local clients, in-person coaching may also be an option.
-
No. I welcome clients of all faith backgrounds and beliefs. While my own coaching journey has been shaped by my Christian faith, I coach both Christians and non-Christians. The extent to which faith is discussed in coaching is entirely up to you.

Coaching is currently offered as a three-session introductory package for $150.
